US Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary, fully insured, overnight shipping. Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day.

We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box except APO/FPO boxes.

Please note, we ship via FedEx and do require a signature for delivery. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please email clientservices@templestclair.com or contact us at (800)-590-7985.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to addresses in New York State.

Return Policy
At Temple St. Clair, we want you to be pleased with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn and undamaged jewelry under $15,000 within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit*. All purchases returned after 30 days can be exchanged or a credit* will be issued. For jewelry over $15,000, you must return within 7 days. Jewelry must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt, in unworn condition and should be returned with shipping pre-paid and insured. Please email clientservices@templestclair.com or call (800)-590-7985 to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your jewelry back.

*Credit will only be valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Specially customized orders are final sales. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
